Homecoming Oct.31, 2009
The Fall semester has started at TTU and, as always, brings with it another Homecoming and chance for our Chapter Graduates to reunite. You can find the FIJI Homecoming 2009 Itinerary online by clicking here. It is very similar to last year's successful event and we hope this year will be no different.
This year's Homecoming has been planned for October 31st, better known as Halloween, and our Golden Eagle Football Team will face off against Tennessee State University in what will assuredly develop into an epic battle. But before filling the stands to watch the nail-biting display of athletic performance, we invite all our brothers and their families to enjoy the Homecoming Parade followed by our Tailgate Cookout (see itinerary for full details)! Last year we had around 40 graduates enjoying the free food and good times with each other. So mark your calendars and plan to join us again this year! Homecoming Nov. 8th

Homecoming Nov. 8th
Brothers,
Mark your calendars! TTU Homecoming will be on November 8th this year!
As you may have already heard, this year's Homecoming will have an added emphasis on activities for our chapter's Graduates and their families. You will find the Homecoming 2008 Itinerary for FIJI Homecoming 2008 which includes a Tailgate Cookout following the parade on Saturday! The great thing is that these events have all been planned specifically with You, the Graduates, in mind!
Why the extra emphasis for graduates?
Both our House Corporation (TFI) and Board of Chapter Advisors (BCA) are excited about getting graduates back for a great Fiji Homecoming. The members of TFI and the BCA have worked together to prepare a great Homecoming weekend of events for you and your family. Their hope is to provide a Homecoming that you, as a graduate, will really remember and to provide another opportunity for you to reconnect with your Brothers. In addition, the TFI and BCA members are also volunteering time to plan and prepare the events for everyone to enjoy! You could consider this year's Homecoming as For Graduates, By Graduates!
When is the last time you suited up for the Kazoo Band? Now is a good time to visit your local thrift store for some attire.
We sincerely hope that you will make plans to attend FIJI Homecoming 2008!
If you have any questions about this year's Itinerary or any general suggestions about Homecoming, please feel free to send me an email at any time!
Fraternally,
